Starting a language program is long process. Two-Way CABE provides a lot of assistance to help language programs get started.

Our aim is to offer German Immersion at Daniel Phelan Elementary School in the Whittier City School District in September 2012. If approved, our program will begin with Kindergarten and 1st grade. One kindergarten class will be added every year.
Older siblings of children who are enrolled in Kindergarten or 1st grade will be given an enrollment preferencel. They also may have the opportunity to study German for 45 minutes daily.
You do not need to live within School District boundaries in order for your child to attend the tuition-free German Immersion Program at Phelan Elementary School in Whittier.
